We do not sub our work out and all work is performed by in-house servers that have been with us for years and are licensed, bonded and insured.

$70.00 - 3 DAY service - every job is expedited. We often start the job the next day at no additional fee (this is not a guaranteed service). Please note that Jacksonville is the largest city in terms of miles in the entire USA. Our fees are fair and reflect actual miles driven.

* SAME DAY SERVICE: ONLY $40.00 additional GUARANTEED SERVICE - 2 attempts made on the same day.

* NEXT DAY SERVICE ONLY $30 additional - GUARANTEED SERVICE - 2 attempts made on the same day.

* HARD TO SERVE. $50 additional - Please tell us in advance if your witness or defendant will avoid service or is in contempt of court. These serves are difficult and in order for us to successfully serve them, we have to put in additional time and effort. We have a high success rate for avoiders. Our licensed P.I. will assist with a hard to serve.

Your notarized proof of service will be promptly returned and we will scan your proof if you request prior to mailing it back to you. We will use your proof or prepare one of our own professional proofs of service. We will take a picture of the place of service and/or the defendant or witness, if possible. Please let us know in advance if you will need the proof on the same day served!

WE SERVE ALL FEDERAL SUMMONS AND SUBPOENAS, AND SUMMONS, COMPLAINTS AND WRITS FROM ALL 50 STATES INCLUDING GUAM AND PUERTO RICO.

WE ARE AUTHORIZED TO SERVE FLORIDA SUMMONS/WRITS IN THE FOLLOWING CITIES IN FLORIDA:

Saint Johns County - Saint Johns, Fruit Cove, Orangedale, Saint Augustine, and Ponte Vedra Beach

Clay County - Orange Park and Fleming Island (note that we serve in Clay County as a competent Florida resident over the age of 18.). Therefore, we can serve all out of state papers, and U.S.D.C or U.S.B.C. papers - just not Florida papers because only the sheriff can legally serve a Florida summons or Florida criminal witness subpoena. If you are a Florida attorney you will need to 1) prepare a motion and order which we will file at no additional fee or 2) use the Clay County Sheriff. There are no appointed process servers in Clay County.

We serve all out of state papers according to the laws of the originating state and/or your instructions. We will follow your special instructions or review the type of service required to ensure proper service.

We will serve any legal document within a 25 mile radius for $68.00 If there is more than one witness or defendant at the same address/same case, we charge an additional $40.00 for each additional witness or defendant to be served if substitute service is permitted. If personal service ONLY, the full fee applies for the second witness or defendant due to the anticipated difficulty in serving the 2nd paper.

Our business is registered with the City of Jacksonville Civil Process Unit and the Saint Johns Sheriff's Office. We are duly appointed process servers in Duval County and in Saint Johns County.
